I'm the Founder and Principal Consultant of Conor Hughes Consulting (CHC) — a Denver-based HR consulting firm serving organizations nationwide. With SHRM-SCP certification, recognition as Mile High SHRM's HR Innovator of the Year, and over a decade of senior HR leadership experience, I bring executive-level strategy and genuine human insight to every client I work with.
I built CHC because organizations deserve an HR partner who speaks the language of leadership without losing sight of the people doing the work. That balance — strategic and human, rigorous and relatable — is at the heart of everything I do.
MY STORY
I've spent my career at the intersection of people strategy and organizational effectiveness. After years of senior HR leadership and consulting work, I built Conor Hughes Consulting because I saw a gap — organizations needed an HR partner who could think like an executive, communicate like a trusted advisor, and care deeply about the people doing the work.
