I've worked in finance, performed as an actor in New York City, run a small marketing firm, and built my HR career inside mission-driven nonprofits. Every step taught me something about how people work, what makes organizations thrive, and what happens when the people side of a business gets neglected.

Today, I'm the Founder and Principal Consultant of Conor Hughes Consulting — a Denver-based HR consulting firm serving nonprofits, mission-driven organizations, and growing businesses nationwide. I bring executive-level strategy, genuine human empathy, and a track record of creating real, lasting change in the organizations I serve.
